availability of Jet DB engine on Win 200, XP, Server 2003

Hello!
As subject says - these three OSes are target platforms for my app,
which uses MDB files (but not MS Access). I know that Jet DB engine
comes with XP - what about other two? I do know about availability of
the engine and that I can redistribute it, what I'm trying to find out
if these OSes already come with some version on the engine?
Many thanks
