calling C# .Net dll from VBA

Hi All ,

I was using a C# .Net dll from VBA for a week . I make it
possible by setting the option of ' Register for COM Interop '
under project setting to ' TRUE ' and by using type library of my
dll as reference . But when I tried to use the same on another machine
, it is showing errors , even after I register the dll using Regasm .
Is it need anything more ?

Can any one help me
Any suggestion is appreciated ,

Regards ,
Thomson
