Design Flaw?

P: n/a
Hi all, I have an issue with the design of my database. I have multiple
tables

Employee (empnum, emp lname, empfirst)
employee/jobcodes (empnum/jobcodes)
Jobcodes (jobcodes/jobcodesdesc)
Course(coursenum/course desc)
Training Required (jobcodes/course)

the employee(S) are assigned multiple jobcodes
the jobcode(S) determine the course(S)

My problem is I need another table that tracks training received.

Training Received (empnum, coursenum)

but I only want them to be able to receive training if the training is
required for their assigned jobcode(S) Can someone please tell me how
to setup the relationship betwwen training received and traing
required?
