In the opinion of many knowledgeable parties, the most knowledgeable person
about Access internationalization was, and still is, Michael Kaplan. He's
now working full-time for Microsoft, so you can't hire him to help, but
there's still a lot of good information on the subject at his website,
http://www.trigeminal.com.

My guess is that even a brief tutorial would be far too much for a newsgroup
response.

I looked at his site, but couldn't find any tutorial about it...
Could you give some short basic ideas?

No, I do not have significant experience in internationalization. The
"international" applications on which I worked were used in the US, Mexico,
and Canada and all the users spoke/wrote English.

I apologize for having misled you -- I had thought there were several
articles on internationalization at Michael Kaplan's site, but I was
mistaken.

Larry may have been thinking of MichKa's "other" site
http://www.i18nwithvb.com/

Michael wrote a book on Internationalization with Visual Basic in 2000, and
that other site has some excerpts from the book but (unfortunately) no real
tutorials.
