show certain record first in subfrom

Right been a whle since i worked with subforms...

I have a mina from which has a subfrom included. (standard one to many
relationship).

The subform just displays differnet addresses with the main form other
information.

The addresses subform (and thus table) has a yes/no field to say if the
address is the current on to be used.

What i would like to do is when the main form opens, the subfrom
displays this current address first follwed by the pther address...

hope that makes sense?

Brain is a bit rusty on access!

As long as the underlying query for the subform is sorted by the Yes/No
field ascending, there should be no problem. Make sure however, that this
field is listed before any other fields on which you are sorting such as the
town
