Query witt parameter used as Table in SELECT * FROM. Howto?

P: n/a
Hi all there,

In my MsAccess database, I have created a query that needs a parameter
as input (i.e. "Query1 Par1").

Now, I want/need to use this Query1 (with its own parameters) in my ASP
application as "table" for the SQL command:
"SELECT <list of columns> FROM Query1"
While this is easy to use when the query has no parameter, does any of
you know how/where Par1 of Query1 can be entered in this command in my
ASP file?

For the record, programmatically, I need to be able to change this SQL
command according to the webuser requests.

Many thanks

Regards,
Fab

Simply don't use a parameter query, just tack on the criteria in the
where clause at runtime.

Unfortunately, I cannot do it. Query1 is an already complicated query
with a ...inner join [select something from table1 where
field1=Parameter1] On ...

So to say, the parameter already comes from the internal select table.
