I need expression, please ( MS Access )

If I divided 6.5/2 , I get 4.25 and if I divided 7/2 I get 4.75. I
want the first number to be 4 and the second number to be 5. but if the
result I get from other division 4.5, I don't want it to be changed.
Please, I need the expression to be used in a field in FORM section to
get the number without .25 or .75. Thank you very much

Hmm. We must have learned arithmetic in different systems.

By my calculation, 6.5/2 = 3.25 and 7/2 = 3.5.

If you can clarify your question, perhaps someone can assist. Are you simply
asking that the result be rounded to the nearest "half"?

You are correct " the nearest half", I got the answer from Access. I
should double check the result. I may put the wrong expression q1+q2/2
anf then Accsess fix the formula. Thank you for your help
