Can Access create folders?

Can MS Access be used to create folders on a drive? I need to create
about 700 folders.

Thanks,
Laura

MkDir "path of folder to create"

Huh? Is that DOS? :-)

While that is the same command as DOS, it is a actual command in ms-access
dim strDir as sting
strDir = inputbox("what dir to create")

mkdir strdir

(lets pretend I type in c:\data to the above prompt, then the above code
will create the dir.

So, if you are asking does the mkdir command in ms-access mimic the dos
command, yes...it does....

There is also the commands

copyfile fromfile, to file -- this copies afile

name fromfile as tofile -- this re-names a file
