Sample DB

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a medium-complexity DB, showing how to
use forms to add, change and delete records - preferably with multiple
tables (Such as tblCustomer, tblAddresses (1-many for customer),
tblOrders (1-many for customer) and tblOrderDetails (1-many for
Orders).

I am new to coding forms, and get loads of help from these groups, but
I think I'm going in circles a lot of the time. If I had a good design
to follow I think I could get farther and then ask more challenging
questions.

I've looked at some links from these groups, and at Northwind- nothing
quite like I need. My users have all NEVER used a computer before, are
a little (?) older (60's?), so I can't use "what we all know about
Windows". They have no email, don't want it, and have no computer at
home. Apps are simple, but seem to me to be necessary for business in
the 90's (and I know we're in 2005!)

Thanks
