Weird combobox error in subform

I'm trying to add a combobox to a sub-sub form. I stepped through the wizard
with no problems. I am using a simple value list with about 5 values that I
typed in. When I try to select one of the values I get the following error;

"The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object
'~sq_cLBWiz_frmMain~sq_cLBWiz_Subfrm'. Make sure the object exists and that
you spell it's name and path correctly."

I have no idea what this means. I've tried deleting and re-creating the box
with no luck. Other fields in the subform work without a problem. Does anyone
have an idea what this error means? Googling gives no results.
