Email reports?

I have a database that books appointments for consultants, and included in
this is a report which shows the details of an appointment. This is
currently printed and faxed to the consultant. Is there any way I can email
this report to them?

I have Access 2003 on Windows XP systems.

Hi
You can "print" them as PDF files - cutePDF writer is free, at lease for personal use.

The disadvantage of this (ie of using snapshot reports) is that the recipient has to have the
Microsoft snapshot viewer. Also it makes it hard for the recipient to mail on the report to someone
else, for the same reason.
I would use PDF if I were you.

Sorry, I'm not just trying to have the last word here but my point was
that the recipient of an email is more likely to be able to read a pdf
file.
