Searching a Field containing OLE Objects Returns Inconsistent Results?

Hello,

I have a field containing OLE Objects in Access 97. The OLE Objects
are links to Microsoft Word templates. I have a parameter query which
uses criteria Like "*" & [Enter search text] & "*" to bring up word
files which contain a certain text.

This does not bring up all results for some reason as there are
template letters (.dot) which I know contain the text but are not
appearing in the results.

How can I ensure all the results are brought up?

Your assistance would be much appreciated.

Regards
Mark.
