acCmdInsertHyperlink defaults "Browse for" File

I have a procedure that runs when you dbl click in a txt box. It runs the
docmd.acCmdHyperLink command. I am trying to find a way to have the "Insert
Hyperlink" dialog box default to "Browse For" File and open up the "Link To
File" dialog which, in turn, defaults to a specific folder on the user's
desktop (the same location as the mdb containing the form/txtbox). I tried
using SendKeys ("%F", "MSDS\"), but that didn't work. Any ideas?
