how to check list box

RR
I have a form with several multiselect list boxes. The selections in these
list boxes populate from a table when the form opens.

How would i check each list box to see if any items are selected or not?

Thank you

If there are items selected, then the .ItemsSelected.Count property of
the listbox is nonzero.
