Any known issues with UTF8 and UCS2 unicode???

I'm posting this in a couple of places with the hope that someone might see
it who has an answer.

Has anyone had an experience where data coming from a linked Oracle table can
be displayed in a report but not in a form?

The scenario is this... I have linked via ODBC (Oracle ODBC Driver version 9.
2.0.65) to an Oracle table that contains some records that have unicode
(Korean) characters in one of the fields. When viewing the data in the table
view, these records display '#Deleted' across all the fields. If I use that
linked table as the datasource for a report, I can view the Korean characters.
If I use that same linked table and bind it to a new form, the records still
display as '#Deleted'. Another cool thing is that using the same ODBC driver
and creating a passthrough query to that same Oracle table correctly displays
the Korean characters.

I'm using Access 2003, MDAC2.8, Windows XP Professional SP2, Oracle Client 9.
2.0.5.0. Also, using the Microsoft Oracle driver behaves the same way.

Cheers,
Eric
