Assigning Values to Imported Data

Jay
I am importing data on a daily basis and I want to assign a value (A,
B, C, D, or E) to each record for the purpose of evenly distibuting the
data 5 ways so I have the following code:

rst1 represents my imported data table
rst2 represents my value to assign

rst2.MoveFirst

If Not rst.EOF Then
rst.MoveFirst
While Not rst.EOF
If rst2.EOF Then
rst2.MoveFirst
End If
rst.Edit
rst("User") = rst2("Name")
rst.Update
rst2.MoveNext
rst.MoveNext
Wend
End If

rst.Close
rst2.Close

This works fine, but now what I want to do is if there are multiple
records with the same "account number" I want to assign them all the
same value. Any help on how to modify my code to be able to do this
will be appreciated.

Thanks!
