Auditorium setup & equipment 8/22/05

To Scott Barlass

Mad City Quilters has the auditorium reserved for Monday evening, 8/22/05.
We request the following equipment::

3 banquet length tables on stage
1 microphone

While Oakwood residents will be welcomed for the 7-9 pm program, we request
6:30 pm access to let us check out the room and the equipmet.

Thanks for your help. Please make a voice call to Rosemary Schmidt at
