Making same report appear twice on one page

I've made an access report which shows the number of people in 5
activities. As you can imagine, it only takes up about a quater of the
page. I have to give a copy of this report to two people, and so in the
interests of saving the Amazon rainforest, would like to replicate the
report twice on the one page. And if possible, it would be good to be
able to have a each persons name (who is getting the report) at the
start of each one. I was thinking of just having 2 'detail' sections,
but not real sure if that is possible....

Options are to use columns or a main report in landscape with two
subreports side by side.

Here's how to create a copy of the report for each person who needs it, with
the name on it, no matter how many people that may be.

1. Create another table, with a record for each person who might get the
report:
PersonID AutoNumber
Surname Text
FirstName Text
IsPicked yes/No

2. Create a query that contains this table and your original one. In the
upper pane of the query design window, there should be no line joining the 2
tables. (Delete the line if you see one.) Drag the fields into the output
grid. In the Criteria row under IsPicked, enter:
True
Save. Close.

3. Open your report in design view. Add the names where you want them
displayed. For the combined name, you could use a text box with
ControlSource of:
=Trim([Firstname] & " " & [Surname])
Save. Close.

4. Enter the people into the new table, and check the IsPicked box for the
people who should get the report, whether 1 person, 2, or more. The report
will not print out a copy for each person whose box is checked in this
table.

To control the order of sorting, use the Sorting And Grouping box (View
menu) in report design view.
