How to Populate "To:" field in Outlook with Access query results.

Hi there,

I have a contacts database, in which everyone is classified under a
particular group e.g. staff,contractor etc. I would like to be able to
send group e-mails.

All I would like to happen is that a new message window opens in
outlook and the To: field is populated with the e-mail addresses from
the query results.

Any help please?

umm... can you say "automation"? Check the NG, I know there are
examples in here. I've used them.

So you open a recordset based on a query or whatever, and then you add
the individual addresses to the Recipients of the message.

dim rsRecipients as recordset
set rsRecipients=currentdb.Querydefs("qryGetAddresses" )

do until rsRecipients.EOF
olkMsg.Recipients.Add rsRecipients.Fields("EMail")
