Unless you have unchecked the boxes under:
Tools | Options | General | Name AutoCorrect
Access tries to associate the form and its text boxes with the old name,
even when you rename something. This causes endless problems... just a few
are listed here:

Disable name autocorrect. Then compact the database to get rid of the faulty
name-autocorrupt junk.
If that does not solve the problem, there appears to be another problem in
Access where you copy and paste an object in the database window. It may
require you to create a new (blank) database, turn off name autocorrect, and
then import all the objects into the new database.

news:11**********************@g14g2000cwa.googlegr oups.com...
I've been working on a database with several tables that I've
established relationships for.
I needed to add some fields to one of the tables and before I did
anything to my current table I worked with a copy of it and made
changes there first. I've now copied in my revised table and renamed
it to take the place of the old table.
For some reason now I can't do any changed or additions via the form
I've created. I have a thought that its being caused by some
relationships but it looks like there are no relationships. I've
checked and my form is not locked in any way for data entry.
I can make changes to the data via the actual table but not via the
form. Any ideas on how to see if there is some lingering relationship
out there?
Thanks
