Scrolling with the mouse wheel can be problematical with Access 2000. Be
sure you have all the Service Packs installed for Access and the Operating
System and that the proper mouse driver is installed on each system as a
start. Oh, and you must click in the Form embedded in the Subform Control so
it has focus, before you can expect the mouse-wheel to work.

I am currently using a Microsoft-brand mouse on Windows XP and not having
any scroll-wheel problems with Access 2002. Sorry, haven't yet installed
either 2000 or 2003 on this machine to try them.
