Using any value in multiple columns as query parameters

I have a table called PropertyCode with 4 properties as fields, with a
list of paddocks under each. I would like to use these as a parameter
in my query, where any records which have a paddock listed in either of
the four columns is returned. Ideas?

sounds like bad design. Paddock sounds like a repeating field...
should be a child table.

Umm...OR is your friend?

SELECT...
FROM...
WHERE Paddock=1
OR Paddock=2...
