Queries...any way to disable/lock a column?

I have a simple query that displays 5 fields from a table. Is there
any way in Access 2003 to lock a column so that it can't be edited.

Just base that field on an expression. Expressions are automatically
locked.

If a text field...
Alias: FieldName & ""

If a Number field...
Alias: FieldName + 0
