Compare query

Hi there,

How can I compare data from one field in Table A with one field in Table B
so that the results are all the records from Table B that are not contained
in Table A?

Thank you,

Cindi

Hi Cindi,
Create a new query and select the last option "Find Unmatched Query Wizard"
and follow the instructions. If it doesn't work out the way you want, repeat
the process again but select your tables in the opposite order as you did
the first time.

Jeff,

Perfect, thanks. I've never had a reason to use it before and will look
more closely next time.

Thanks,

Cindi
