Why can I only do a record search from two fields and not more?

I have a contacts-database. When I put (wia a wizzard in toolbox) a
"Find Record" button and activate it, I discovered that you can only do
a search data from two field, while there are much more fields. Why
just these fields a choosable and not more, or all?
