Listing of tables

P: n/a
Dear All,

I would like to list all of the tables in my Access database. But I do not
know how to do this unless I look at all of the tables at once. After I
have a listing is there anywhat to put that into a table?

Thanks in advance.

Here's a query that will list all the queries and tables in your
database. Modify as needed....

SELECT IIf([Type]=5,'Query',
IIf([Type]=4, 'ODBC Linked Table',
IIf([Type]=6,'Linked Table','Local Table'))) AS
ObjectType,
[Name],
Type,
ForeignName,
Connect,
Database,
DateCreate,
DateUpdate
FROM MSysObjects
WHERE [Name] Not Like 'MSys*' And
[Name] Not Like 'Usys*' AND
Type In (1,4,5,6) AND
Left$([Name],1)<>'~'
ORDER BY [Name];

That's a cool snippet of SQL if you don't mind me saying so.
