Displaying hyperlinks (as hyperlinks) data stored in linked table

I have a access database appliaction that links to a sql back end.

One column has a field that is always populated witha hyperlink.
Since it is a linked table though it is stored as a varchar in sql.
How can I get it to display as a clickable hyperlink as part of an
access query?
