how to lookup value in a form

P: n/a
OK, I'm pretty new to access and I have this (maybe simple) question

I have to tables

Employee
Computer

employees has a employee autonumber as primary key adn Computer has a
serialnr. as the primary key
I have a many-to-many relationship between these table with another
junction table called

EmployeeComputer

this juction table has only to primary keys from the above two tables
and I can put new values in this juction table by selecting from a
combo box lookup value.

I have made a form out of this juction table, but in the form I can
not choose from the combox drop down list and if I try to write in the
field it says, field cannot be updated

Could anyone help pls

The table should have *one* primary key, composed of the two fields. Is
that what you are saying?

The control should be based on the table field; the combobox has an
additional property Rowsource, which you should set to the Employee or
Computer table respectively.
