Err 429

I can see the "rectangle" class in the object browser. Why should I
have to register it as Err 429 suggests?

My code looks as follows:

Dim Rctl As Rectangle
Set Rctl = New Rectangle

I have tried this with image and textbox objects.... same result: Err
429 .

Not all co-classes are creatable, hence the error.
