Automating import into Access of e-mailed form to email data

DN
I'm receiving automated emails from a web page with a form to e-mail cgi.
How can I automate Access to automatically import the contents of the
information into my database? Each e-mail has only one record so it is
going to be time-consuming to import manually.

Are there any other tools out there for manipulating the data from these
types of e-mail forms?

Thanks.
