Strange Access Issue

P: n/a
AP
I have been having some issues with Access lately that I have never
encountered. I am running Windows XP and MS Access 2K.
It seems that occasionally if I delete an object, it appears to delete,
but the form or report module is still present in the VB Explorer. If
you try to click on the deleted module, it gives the "Erro Accessing
File, Network Connection May have been lost" this is not on a network
drive.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi!

I'm guessing this is related to corruption. I'd try copying/importing
to a
new database.

There's a lot of info on corruption here
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm

sometimes, you'll find that the /decompile option will work, see the
steps
provided here
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/decompile.htm

(Both links are to Tony Toews site)

Here's also a Microsoft link:

(watch for linebreak in the link)
