Inserting data into a Join table from a multiselect listbox?

P: n/a
Please help me with this! :)

I have a database of servers, one of the things I am recording
information about is what software is on each server. Obviously this
is a many to many so I have a join table which has a primary key of
soft2servID and also has the server id and the software title id kinda
like this ...

---->ServerID
SoftwareTitleID<-------Softwaretable
Join ID (p.k.)

I want to be able to multi select software in a listbox and press and
arrow command button to shift the software titles into another listbox
on the left which shows what software is actually on the server.

I have an example here ...

http://www.bodleytunes.com/acess/access.doc

If you could have a quick look and show me the VB code that enables me
to do this ... I have done it before from finding something on the net
and changing it to my needs. It was something like insert into and a
load of vb code.

Thanks in advance,

Jonathan.

I have a demo Acc97 db at this URL:

http://home.earthlink.net/~mgf00/SelectDemo.zip

that shows how to do that. You're free to try it out.
