Column Foreign Key Constraint Error?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a relationship between two tables, a one to many
tblDeal being the primary table, I'm trying to create a relationship
between tblDeal and tblCondition .. i set tbldeal as the primary table,
select DealID and select DealID from tblCondition, but when it goes to
save it I get this error:

'tblDeal (chrisb)' table saved successfully
'tblCondition (chrisb)' table
- Unable to create relationship 'FK_tblCondition_tblDeal'.
ODBC error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]ALTER TABLE
statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint
'FK_tblCondition_tblDeal'. The conflict occurred in database 'Deals',
table 'tblDeal', column 'dealID'.

Now I don't know why I'm getting this error, I made the same basic
relationships with other tables (with tblCondition as the primary
table) without a problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.
