Use a selected record in list box to enter data in form

I have a table of agent names and address details and I would like to
automate the data entry process of these records on a form. If a user
selects a particular agent say, upon selection of this agent the address,
postcode and phone details are automatically entered in the respective
fields on the form.

Is there anyway I can do this using a combo box or will I need to use some
VBA coding?

Why would you want to duplicate data you already have stored in an
[agents] table?

I would think the best way to handle this is just store the agentID in
the related table and pull it from the [agents] table when you need it.
If you store an agents phone and address multiple times how will you
update it if it changes?

The customer wants to be able to view the agent details on the form so that
it displays the agent details for the vendors and the purchasers. I agree
with you though, since these details are only used when the letters are
written to the vendor or purchaser.
