Help Formatting Reports

I have a survey with 50 choices along with a comments section for the
hospital i work at. Many of them are a yes/no/n-a.
I have the report down to two check boxes a yes/no, if it is yes it is
checked and a n/a box. This report,when printed out, takes 2 8.5x14
pages, landscaped. i brought the margins down to .5 all around.

The report is something like this, per page

questions--------------------------------------------------
Answers---------------------------------------------------

What I would like to do is something like this, per page.
questions-----------------------------------------------
Answers------------------------------------------------
Questions---------------------------------------------
Answers----------------------------------------------
Also I would like to consoldate the fields in the report.

Instead of having
yes/no n/a

I would like to have something like
yes/no/n-a

Thanks for your suggestions

Chris

A very confusing message. Is this simply a report to print the survey
or is it to print the report with the data that has been entered?

Regarding your 1 page per question...double click on whatever band the
questions/answers is on and make sure that you have KeepTogether set to
true and that the PageEject is not set to After or Before.
