Set Datasheet Form cursor on Load

I have a form that allows a user to choose a [unique] specific field value.
The form calls a second, datasheet, form using a different field in
the selected record as a filter [also unique]. This second form has a
subform that lists information for all values of the field where user
has entered a specific value: I'd like to set the cursor of this
datasheet subform to the user's selection. How can I do that?

thanks, --thelma

oops, it's not the second form that's
datasheet view, but its subform. sorry.
