Saving one report broken up into multiple files

I am new to Access (and Access programming) so kindly be gentle. I did
try to search around before asking this question.

I am simplifying my problem in the hopes that this scaled down version
will mirror my current situation.

Scenario:
I have 5 clients in my customer table.

My goal:
I wish to email them each a generic letter where their names and
address information appears atop each letter, plus their current
outstanding balance at my store. In order to do this, I would like
Access to create 5 separate files: each containing a report for the
respective client.

What I currently have:
Right now, I have a single long report which produces the five letters
sequentially. So page 1&2 of the report is the letter intended for
client A, while pages 3&4 of the report is the letter intended for
client B.

Question:
Is there any way to save pages 1&2 under the name "rpt_clientA" and
pages 3&4 under the name "rpt_clientB" in the same directory? Once the
In order to preserve the formatting of these reports, I am assuming
that I will need to save these either as a Snapshot file (*.snp) or as
a PDF (*.pdf) using some free utility out there.

Note:
I do NOT wish to automate the emailing of these reports. Just the
saving of these reports with meaningful filenames and in the extension
desired.
