Disappearing field headings

P: n/a
I'm using a laptop that has an access database i designed.
When I open the main form and start scrolling down the form page then scroll
up again, certain field heading labels vanish. They are visible when the
form is opened but when scrolling they disappear. However, when I enter data
in the field respective the the "vanished" label, the label heading
reappears. Then disappears when I move to the next field to enter data.
It seems to only effect this particular laptop and not others.... not even
the network pc's in the office.
I re-installed Microsoft Office but it did not help.
Any suggestions as to a possible cause to this bizarre situation?

I would run Windows Update to get the latest service packs, and go to
the manufacturer's website to get the latest video drivers. Also make
sure you have at least one printer installed, even if you're not using
it.
