InetTransferLib - Confirm File Saved

I have a DB that dl's graphics. I wold like to be able to display the
latest graphics before I get the next one, but currently I get an error
(2220) due to the last file not being saved before the next one starts.

If I check, the file does get saved, but seems to lag by a second or two. Is
this normal? How do I check

I am using Win 98 with Access 97
