MS Access keeps generating errors and closes

RMC
I have 2 units that I see random closures from MS Access 2000.

there are about 10+ users running the same MS Access application (front
end on their unit) and back end on the Server (linked).

Its a random shutdown as for the user could be working within the
Application or have it running idle when it decides to crap out. All
units are Compaqs P4 with 512 ram, Windows XP Pro SP2.

any info would be appreciated,
