snapshot attachments

I have a macro that simply runs a query which produces a report and then
attaches it as an email attachment - in a snapshot file format.
However, when i send the email, the recipient cannot open the snapshot file.
The macro function is the Output one.
I have tried to change the output file to a rich text format which is ok as
the recipient can naturally open it as a Word document - but the problem is
the formating of the document in incomplete. The rich text format does not
have the company logo showing up as it does in the snapshot file output.
I simply want to retain everything in the report , even the logo, when the
recipient opens to view the document from the email.
thanks for any help.

Why can't the recipient open the snapshot? If it's because they don't have
the viewer then tell then to download and install it (it's free). The
snapshot format is the only built in export format that retains graphics.
