Query - Expression !

Hi All,

I am new user of Access database. Need help to create an expression to
filter out specific item #. The query contains two field:

1) store number
2) item number - the item# are 15 digits alphanumaric
e.g{01010000CARR001}
THE ITEM IS A TEXT FIELD!!!

Now i want the query to just show me item# where character 8 and 9 of
the item# are have zero. some thing like this... {######00#######}
