A2003 Smart Tag questions

Hi,

I was excited when I first saw a discussion about Smart Tags in one of
my A2003 books. But now I am trying to make some sense of them :-)

So, I set up a ST for a last name. I select "Add to Contact" and it
brings up Outlook with the last name only. Is it possible to combine
a first name and last name field, and/or the address too, etc... on a
form?

Also, is it possible to limit the choices for a ST? Perhaps I don't
want the user to have all the choices.

Thanks,
-pw
