I want to update QTYonHand in product table. That is I am using a form
frmsaleDetails and I want to update stock quantity when ever I make a
new sale.
Can any one help plzzzzzzzzzzz

table name is Products

This is too big a question to give you a complete answer in a forum, so the
best we can do is point you to a solution.

For a basic discussion of how you might calculate the quantity-on-hand at
runtime without storing the value, see;

If you want to allocate stock to particular orders when the order is
processed, buy a copy of John Viescas' new book, "Building MS Access
Applications" (Microsoft Press, 2005.) John explains how to do this, and
even gives you a working database on the CD that comes with the book.
