Line Graphs within Access

All,
I am not familiar with Graphs in Access, would someone please
give me some insight on how to accomplish the following:

Table/Query result:
Record1: 01-01/05 1%
Record2: 02/01/05 2%
Record3: 03/01/05 3%
Record4: 04/01/05 4%
Record4: 05/01/05 3%
Record4: 06/01/05 5%
I want to have a line graph showing:
Q1 2005 Av = 2% & Q2 2005 Av = 4%
P.S.: Can Graph based on Access Report results as well? Or just Table
and Query?
