Filter Help

I'm runing my report off a query and I need help filtering out two
field. Each record has a Status field and Status Effective Date field.
In the Status field, I have two records #6:C and PNP I want filter out
every week the report is run. This is the code I have in the query for
the Status field which works perfectly: <>"#6: C" And <>"PNP" . And
also, I want when a record status field is change to #6:C or PNP, it
should remain on my report for 30days from when it was change and
disappear after the 30days is reach. So every week the report is run,
I want a code in place that first first check to see if Status is #6:C
or PNP, if it is, then check and see if Status Effective Date for
Status is up to 30day, if yes remove all #6:C and PNP from the report
else leave it until the 30day is up.
Can someone help me with this or point me to the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

This is a little confusing as described. One way to make sure you get
all the changed items is to write the change to the record when you
change it from the form. (Note that this will NOT work for update
queries, but for changing values from the FORM only).

Then if you datestamp those, then you can just filter for them.
