Crystal Reports Export Format From MS ACCESS

Hello
I am trying to export a Crystal Report (8.5) out of an ACCESS (2002)
function.

crxReport.ExportOptions.FormatType = crEFTExcel80
FlPth = "C:\Reports\CrystalReport" & ".xls"
crxReport.ExportOptions.DiskFileName = FlPth

It gives me an error message on the below line

crxReport.Export (False)

-2147190548(800478ec)
"Missing or out of date dll"

I have developers version of Crystal 8.5 loaded on my xp box.

Does anybody have any suggestions so I can make this work?
I already have the export in rpt and acrobat format working.
I appreciate any help.
Thanks
Tony
