Automatic Links in PDfs created from Access

I have a very large (by my standards) Access database that I use to
produce a price list in PDF format. ie the reports are created in
Access then printed via Adobe Acrobat 6 Pro. Each report comprises 2
PDfs- The first has pictures of the products (up to 16 to a page) and
the second then has details of the various sizes and prices for each
product (separate page(s) for each product. Each product has a code
along the lines of 14.123. I use Acrobat to combine these into one
PDF prior to release.
All this is working fine. However I want people to be able to click
on a particular picture and be taken to the details of that product
automatically. While I can do this via linking, the manual process of
setting up each link is very laborious and must be redone every time
there is a change in prices. Is there a tool/technique anyone is
aware of that could automate this process
