Update one tab from another

P: n/a
I have subforms on multiple tabs.

On one Subform I have a Personnel Roster.

What I want is when I change the gender from Male to Female or vice
versa is for the other tab to update.

The only time the other tab will update for me is when I click to next
record and then previous or if I click a button that has a me.refresh
command added.

I would like after I change the gender that all tabs are updated with
the new gender.

If all the tabs are reading from the same table, Me.Requery/Me.Refresh
should do it. Is this the same field from the same table on each tab?
Or are they different child records?
