change lines to columns

pau
I am an Access beginner and would like to find out how to change lines
into columns. This is what my imported table looks like (this is only
one record of the table)

Field1 Field2

SN 0020-1383
J9 INJURY-INT J CARE INJURED
JI Injury-Int. J. Care Inj.
SC Critical Care Medicine; Emgency Medicine; Surgy
UT ISI:000187224400001
and so on....... same Field 1 comes back but with different Field 2
info

I would like to change the Field 1 data (PT, CR, SN, J9, J1, SC, UT)and
then under each column add the Field 2 information. I would like the
new table to look like the following:

UT SN J9 SC CR PT
ISI:... 0020-1383 INJURY-.... Critical.. BAK SP.... J
ISI:... 0020-1383 INJURY-.... Critical.. BONE.... J

So each CR line will still have its one line but with the same info in
the other fields. The SN, SC, PT fields will of course chance with the
records further down in the table. What I want to do is later on to
search for the CR fields and match it with another table.

I guess I have to creat a macro to perform this? Please can anyone help
me with this?
